Director of Product Leadership - Target.com

Management of five product teams focused on top-of-the-funnel experiences, from the Target.com homepage to the product pages.  Sitting between our marketing, merchandising, engineering, and creative/design teams, I leveraged a unique skill set of understanding our core business, experience, and technology needs to build an incredible culture of collaboration and partnership in Target.com that is the fuel for driving growth.  As a natural collaborator, I bring teams together to break down silos of communication and goals, gain alignment on strategy and priority and bring together the unique viewpoints of our organization to deliver incredible customer experiences.

Group Manager - Apps

I managed the guest experience for the award-winning Target mobile website and native applications.  I develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps and lead globally distributed agile development teams across the entire product lifecycle to create a world-class digital mobile commerce experience.  I create business cases for new initiatives based on extensive analytics, testing, and guest research.  Monitor and respond to core analytics, data, and KPIs to ensure product health and growth.

Product Manager - In-store Digital

I built product roadmaps for digital capabilities within Target stores and led the execution teams that developed those experiences.  This includes tracking shopper and technology trends, business case and roadmap management, and cross-functional team leadership. This was pure omnichannel product management from one of the nation’s largest retailers.
